• Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited, and any violations will result in cancellation of your reservation and potential fees.
• Noise should be minimized after 8 PM.
• No smoking is allowed on the property; a fee of $500 will apply for violations.
• Please wash your dishes after use to avoid extra cleaning charges.
• Take out the trash upon check-out; labeled bins are located outside.
• Parking is reserved in front of your unit only; please do not block other guests.
• Rearranging furniture or tampering with Wi-Fi routers will incur fees.
• Drive slowly on the property; no speeding is allowed.
• Parties are not allowed; unauthorized gatherings will lead to hefty fines and immediate eviction.
• Any illegal activities will prompt involvement of authorities.
